What Is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a quality-control report documenting the identity, purity, and composition of a research peptide batch. Every batch of peptides produced at AminoCore Labs is tested by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to verify ≥99% purity, with mass spectrometry confirmation of peptide identity and sequence.
How to Read a COA
Each batch lab report includes: batch number (matches the AL-XXXXXXX-P code on your vial label), compound identity, HPLC purity percentage, analysis date, and peak chromatogram. The batch number on your shipped vial matches the COA file name shown below — researchers should cross-reference their vial label with the corresponding batch report.
