Returns & Refunds
At AminoCore Labs, we prioritize the integrity of our research materials.
- Research Use Only: All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. Once a vial is opened or the seal is tampered with, it is ineligible for return.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photo documentation. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
- Unopened Items: Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
